Q3 2025 Performance of Top Film & TV Apps on iOS in Qatar

In the third quarter of 2025, the iOS platform in Qatar saw notable trends among the top film and television applications. According to data from Sensor Tower, these apps showed varying patterns in terms of downloads and active users.

Novo Cinemas had a fluctuating download rate, starting at around 1.1K in early July and experiencing a decline to 436 by the end of September. Active users also showed a downward trend, beginning at 2.3K and decreasing to 1.6K.

The VOX Cinemas App experienced a similar pattern in downloads, starting with 609 and dropping to 242 by the end of the quarter. Active users peaked mid-quarter at 1.6K before falling to 1.1K.

muvi Cinemas had a relatively low download count, peaking at 149 in early August, and then declining to 14 by the quarter's end. Active users followed a similar trend, reaching 183 before decreasing to 64.

Downloads for FLIK CINEMAS & ENTERTAINMENT remained minimal, peaking at 20 in late June and falling to 6 by late September.

Finally, Reel Cinemas showed modest download numbers, with a slight increase from 1 to 15 during the quarter. Active users gradually increased from 60 to 100 before slightly declining to 74.
